The Miami Dolphins organization officially announced on Tuesday that Bin Lin, co-founder and vice chairman of the global technology giant Xiaomi, has acquired a one percent ownership stake. This acquisition is in the holding company that oversees not only the NFL franchise but also Hard Rock Stadium, the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, and a segment of the Miami Open tennis tournament. The transaction establishes a groundbreaking overall valuation for the entire enterprise at an impressive $12.5 billion, meaning Bin Lin’s 1% stake is valued at approximately $125 million.
