Zawiercie Maintains Top Spot with 19th Win

League leaders Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie continued their dominant season, defeating Cuprum Stilon Gorzów 3–1. This victory, their 19th of the current campaign, firmly keeps them at the apex of the standings. Zawiercie showcased superior attacking efficiency and also held distinct advantages in aces (6–3) and blocks (10–8) over their opponents. Bartłomiej Bołądź was a key scorer with 16 points, supported by Mateusz Bieniek who added 15, and Bartosz Kwolek with 14. For Gorzów, Chizoba Neves contributed 15 points, while Krzysztof Rejno tallied 11. Bartosz Kwolek earned MVP honors, boasting 56% attacking efficiency, one ace, and three blocks.

Result: Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie – Cuprum Stilon Gorzów 3–1 (25:19, 21:25, 25:18, 25:17).

Resovia Achieves Comfortable Sweep

Asseco Resovia Rzeszów secured a convincing 3–0 sweep against Barkom Każany Lwów, marking their 15th win of the season. Resovia demonstrated comprehensive statistical superiority throughout the match, dominating in attack (53%–39% efficiency), serving (6–1 aces), and blocking (12–3). Yacine Louati led Resovia’s offensive efforts with 12 points, with valuable contributions from Karol Butryn, Danny Demyanenko, and Artur Szalpuk, who each scored 11 points. For Barkom, Lorenzo Pope was the top scorer with 12 points. Setter Marcin Janusz was recognized as the MVP for his exceptional performance.

Result: Asseco Resovia Rzeszów – Barkom Każany Lwów 3–0 (25:21, 25:16, 25:15).

Skra Edges Out Suwałki in Five-Set Thriller

The most dramatic encounter of Round 25 saw PGE GiEK Skra Bełchatów overcome Ślepsk Malow Suwałki in a hard-fought five-set battle, winning 3–2. A decisive tactical adjustment by Skra, which involved moving middle blocker Bartłomiej Lemański to the opposite position from the fourth set, proved to be a game-changer. Lemański delivered an outstanding performance, amassing 23 points with 69% attacking efficiency, one ace, and four blocks, earning him the MVP award. Bartosz Filipiak spearheaded Suwałki’s offense with an impressive 29 points, supported by Asparuh Asparuhov (18) and Antoni Kwasigroch (14).
